Louise has worked in the dance industry across three decades in a number of roles including dance practitioner, dramaturg, and as a Producer and Head of Inclusion for People Dancing.
She works on a creative and strategic level, creatively producing works and projects including the acclaimed 11 Million Reasons to Dance programme and on a strategic level working within her DOE role working on the senior management team of an Arts Council England NPO working across the UK for dance artists.
She is an independent producer and spent 3 years working as a Producer for French dance artist Mickael Marso Riviere where she produced a number of small and mid scale shows and projects/events including Matches and HTTS at IDFB14 which also toured the UK and abroad.
She regularly supports a range of dance artsists either through producing projects or performances or through artist development or access support.
She is also on the board of Second Hand Dance

Louise started her career as an actor and spent many years working in theatre in education and community theatre as a freelance facilitator, director and project manager.
She worked for a number of years at Mansfield Palace Theatre directing their professional shows alongside their main stage youth and community productions.
She worked as Assistant Director for New Perspectives Theatre Company on Not Now Bernard and Mirkas Story and has worked across the East Midlands working for organisations including Curve Theatre and Nottingham Playhouse. In 2021 she has been back in the studio directing a new work 'Me & You' which aims to tour 2023.
Louise also works as a producer for a number of artists working in theatre, including currently supporting the development of a new musical called Wendy's War.
